  • Executive Assistant

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Working closely with the General Manager and Board members in organizing and following up the work plan of the company in order to achieve the required goals.
    • Attending meetings, taking thorough minutes of meeting, as well as assisting in designing action plans with tasks assigned for each one concerned and following up on tasks implementation.
    • Prepares documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations as requested. Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports regarding the company's work progress.
    • Providing office support to the General Manager including answering telephones, meeting and greeting clients and visitors, typing, as well as maintaining hard copy and electronic filing system.
    • Maintaining the General Manager calendar.

    Job Requirements
    • Experience 3-5+ years in administrative work.
    • Proficiency in computer skills.
    • Fluent in English is MUST.

  • Regional Architectural Manager

    The Regional Architectural Manager will be the key connection to architects to achieve Flat Glass sales objectives in the Commercial Construction segment. The successful candidate will work to attain “ ik ” and “ WGM “ Marketing Team objectives by identifying and managing key construction and interior projects in an assigned geographical territory. The primary audience will be architects, glazing contractors, certified fabricators, general contractors, and owner / developers.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Build relationships with channel influencers who develop and implement product specifications.
    • Assist and direct architects through the product selection process for commercial projects.
    • Direct architectural promotional and business development efforts in the region of Middle East and North Africa.
    • Identify key architect, contractor and developer targets within the region.
    • Coordinate development efforts with the Architectural Service Team
    • Co-manage territory with the Sales Account Manager to meet business sales and share objectives.
    • Work with Sales Account Manager to develop Certified Network capabilities through customer sales team development,
      integrated project review meetings and targeted project lead generation
    • Develop and document business development strategies for each market within the region to meet business objectives.
      Utilize “ ik ” sales, technical service and other functions along with Certified Network customers to close the sale on key projects.
    • Build market knowledge and key business relationships within the territory to:
      • Identify growth opportunities
      • Support new product development and promotion efforts
      • Provide ongoing marketing intelligence
      • Participate in key industry events to represent “ ik “ at local, regional and national levels

    Job Requirements

    Education and Experience:
    Requires a college degree in business or technical field along with:
    • Market development or sales competency
    • Knowledge of the commercial construction industry, architectural materials fabrication and manufacturing
    • Experience in business development, sales, marketing or equivalent field
    • MBA is a must.
    • A proven self-starter able to work independently to achieve team goals
    • Outstanding organizational skills with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and respond quickly to unexpected changes
    • Strong analytical skills to be able to understand, apply and convey complex construction related market, product, technical and design information
    • Attention to detail including potential ramifications of alternatives and strong follow-up
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to interact with multiple channel levels to build relationships and trust

  • Outside Architectural Sales Representative

    We are currently seeking qualified Outside Architectural Sales Representative to grow sales and develop a new customer base for both inside and outside sales. He/she will be responsible for increasing commercial sales specifically for developing and maintaining relationships with architects, designers, developers, project owners, and product specifiers for “ik” in Middle East and North Africa.


    • Secures commercial/hospitality and residential specifications of the products of Middle East and North Africa.
    • Travels to meet with regular and potential customers including Architects, Interior Designers, Developers, and Contractors while building strong working relationships.
    • Pursues new and maintains existing clients. Follows up and reports information as required including product forecast and construction schedules.
    • Schedules regular product knowledge seminars with architectural and design firms using the proper presentation tools to clarify information i.e., product samples, power point or keynote presentation programs, and appropriate literature.
    • Develops in-depth knowledge and expertise with regard to all Construction and interior products and installation methods by attending vendor presentations, workshops, and attending joint sales calls with vendors.
    • Work independently, cooperatively, and enthusiastically towards the company and team’s goals and directives
    • Provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism by generating and managing specifications from product selection through product delivery and job completion.
    • Set up and maintain client concerns and complaints by developing viable and fair solutions
    • Monitor competition by gathering current information on pricing, products, and merchandising techniques.
    • Maintain and increase professional and technical knowledge by reviewing product literature, manuals, and manufacturer bulletins.
    • Provide clients with current pricing, product changes, and order status
    • Analyze client product needs, growth patterns, and market trends
    • Multitask and prioritize work through effective time management

    • Requires BA degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or work experience.
    • Two or more years of sales or building industry related experience with proven sales record and high sales aptitude.

  • Senior Architecture Designer

    About the Job

    • Senior engineer Interior and Exterior Architectural Designer experience in the field of constructions not less than 4-6 years.
    • Conceptual design, using presentation and visualization programs
    • Interior & Exterior Design for residential / commercial units.
    • Follow up with clients in modifying their interior designs.
    • Experience in finishing residential units.
    • The ability to perform a complete measurement of the finishing of the inventory of quantities and follow up on the site.
    • Handles tasks of the construction drawings as (fire systems, steel structure, furniture, masonry, electric, ceiling & floor) with full details like (doors, counters, cladding, etc.).
    • Prepares presentations and mood boards with clients.
    • Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists.

    • Undertaking a variety of space designing projects
    • Dealing with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.
    • Designing practical spaces but yet visually pleasing

    Job Requirements
    • Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
    • Excellent portfolio of previous works
    • Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
    • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, Photoshop or other design programs Like Lumion, Blender, Revit.
    • Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
    • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering
    • Presentable.
    • Required 4–6 experience years.
    • 3D Design/Modeling, rendering and texturing using 3dsMAX, Vray and Revit.
    • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
    • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • 2+ years professional in AUTOCAD, 3DMAX Design & Preffered 2+ years in Revit & Lumion.
    • Proven work experience as a Designer Engineer from 2 Years to 4 Years.
    • Preferably with a Retail background, Mall & Commercial Construction.
    • Portfolio of completed design projects
    • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
    • Working knowledge of After Effects, In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.
    • Ability to create designs for different Projects.

  • Graphic Designer

    About the Job
    We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. 

    • Ideate and create visuals based on requirements
    • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
    • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or Story boards by hand
    • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
    • Test graphics across various media
    • Edit designs after feedback
    • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
    Job Requirements
    • Proven graphic designing experience
    • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
    • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc…)
